I often hear some users complain: "Why the saw blade of our bone sawing machine breaks after a few days!", and some users even use a few saw blades a day! However, on the contrary, some users only broke a saw blade in a few months.
The contrast is so great, what is going on?
In fact, this is a comprehensive problem. There are many factors that affect the service life of the saw blade, and the quality of the saw blade itself cannot be simply summarized.

1.Saw blade material
Food meat band saw machines are generally used for sawing pork tube bones, pork ribs, lamb bones, steak bones, beef tail bones, frozen meat, frozen fish, etc. It is widely used in large, medium and small food processing plants, slaughterhouses, meat processing plants, supermarkets and other places. Therefore, bone saw blades that are in close contact with food must use high-quality "food-grade stainless steel."
Meat Bone saw machines are commonly used with 4 teeth and 6 teeth. The hardness of the root saw is different. Choose a different number of teeth, otherwise, it will also affect the life of the saw blade.
Our company saw blade is imported from Sweden, with narrow cutting arc and dense teeth. The amount of meat scraps produced during work is small, and the tensile strength of the saw blade is high, thereby increasing the service life. According to the different cutting materials, three different saw blade models are introduced: 3P saw blade saw frozen fish, 4P saw blade saw frozen meat, and 6P saw blade saw bone. (1 inch long has 3 teeth, which is saw frozen fish, 1 inch has 4 teeth, which is saw frozen meat, and 1 inch has 5 teeth, which is saw frozen bone.)

2. Saw blade length
The length of the saw blade itself should not affect the life of the saw blade, but the meat bone saw machine needs to tighten the saw blade. Due to its structure, the change of the length of the saw blade will cause the tension to change, thereby affecting the service life of the saw blade.
According to the model of the meat band saw, it is equipped with a saw blade relative to the length, so you must not use it indiscriminately.
For a good quality bone saw, the frequency of saw blade replacement is relatively lower. When buying a bone saw, don't just look at the price. Although sometimes the cost of buying a bone saw is a little lower, the low cutting efficiency, wasted meat and the cost of buying saw blades in the process of use are also expenses that cannot be ignored.
